We're happy to announce eight (8) brand new ADU templates are now available in Clear Estimates!
Sometimes called granny flats or in law suites, ADUs are small accessory dwellings built on your client's property. With changing zoning laws and more homeowners looking for extra income, ADUs have become very popular. Since these projects can take a number of forms, pricing out an ADU for your customer can be complex and time consuming. Fortunately, our new ADU templates take the guesswork out and make it easy to bid your next ADU in half the time!
Here's what we added in this update:
ADU - Detached Guest House, Economy
An economy grade single story ADU with concrete slab foundation, hip roof and vinyl siding. Interiors include a kitchen and bathroom with cost effective fixtures / finishes.Use this template as a starting point for a budget friendly detached ADU.
ADU - Detached Guest House, Average
A great starting point for a single story ADU on concrete slab foundation with complete framing, hip roof and fiber cement siding. Interiors include a full kitchen and bath.Use this template for a standard detached ADU, casita, guest house or granny flat estimate.
ADU - Detached Guest House, Premium
Premium single story ADU featuring cedar shake roofing, stucco exterior and wood windows. Interiors feature solid wood flooring, a fireplace and premium grade kitchen & bath.
This is a great start for a premium detached guest house, casita or granny flat.
ADU - Detached Guest House, Luxury
High end one story ADU on concrete slab with hip roof and brick veneer siding. Interiors include solid wood flooring, fireplace, bathroom and kitchen with designer finishes.
Use this template as a start for a luxury detached guest house estimate.
ADU - Above Garage, Economy
New detached garage with an ADU built above. Basic framing, fiberglass hip roof and vinyl siding. Interiors include vinyl flooring, along with basic kitchen & bath.
Use this template as a start for an ecomomy living space above a garage.
ADU - Above Garage, Average
Average grade detached garage with ADU above. Includes complete framing, fiberglass hip roof and lap siding. Interiors feature vinyl flooring, fireplace, and full kitchen & bath.
Use this to get started on a standard above-garage ADU estimate.
